When you reach your Target Audience consistently as we discussed in STRATEGY #1, the Folks may look you up on Linked In, Yelp, Facebook and YouTube.  It is important to protect your license and your on line reputation.  So, let's clean house and get started.      

 Keep your LinkedIn profile and picture updated.

Use the free website "photofeeler.com" and submit 3 photos.

Photofeeler will pick the best one for LinkedIn.  LinkedIn is a professional resume for consumer and peer reviews.  It is important to project credibility and market knowledge on this platform.  

You can post your blogs on LinkedIn for professional connections too.Folks may check you out on LinkedIn and hopefully you will be there.  

 "LinkedIn Connect" is an app for your phone that alerts you about your connections.  It makes it easy to connect with new people as well.  

Facebook - No Politics, No Alcohol, No Profanity, and monitor who and what is posted.

 Reputation Management

Setup a Google Alert for your name, your family names, and the mis-spellings of your name.  

You will be emailed every time your name is entered on the internet.   

It may be endorsements or comments, but if it is not good you can respond to the derogatory remarks.         

YELP

First defense is offensive action to clear your reputation with a positive response.    

Folks are looking for homes not agents. Agents need to be in front of Folks before they find an agent while they are looking for homes.
Secure your sphere of influence and leads before those Folks go out into the internet world without you.
