Neighbors want to know what is going on when a sign goes up and how that effects their home. You can send out postcards with your Nosy Neighbor picture on the front..... just hoover over the picture and save as a jpeg.....and on the back just put your contact information with your website address for the nosy neighbor landing page. http://YOURWEBSITENAMEL.xxx/be-a-nosy-neighbor And you can create an ad in Facebook and target homeowners in that zip code. You can boost it for $5 a day and target a California audience and experiment with "Interests". You can also use the picture on your "what-is-my-home-worth" landing page for a Facebook Advertisement. Advertising gives you more options for targeting then boosting but boosting is a great place to start.
