Facebook Just Changed Their Business Page Format And Added More Formats For Advertising.  

This Is Your Chance To Out Work And Out Learn Those Who Are Not Using Facebook.

Plan To Spend 20 to 30 Minutes This Week On Your Facebook Business Page Posts and Boosts.

Remember that content on Facebook should CONTAIN LINKS to your website.
 
The average Facebook user has over 300 friends so that means your content spreads and could be shared to increase exposure and traffic to your website. 

Entertaining and Informative posts keeps the folks coming back to your page.


If you have not started posting consistently - this week will be good time to begin.



This past July 4th was a 4 day Holiday Weekend. We blogged about the "Just Released Summerlin Resident Video".
 
We posted it to the Agent Formula Facebook page and boosted it for $10. Within 12 hours there were 20,000 views.  

You should post this blog this Friday and boost it for $5 per day until July 17th.  

You know, I realize that there is so much to selling real estate, but you just can not throw money at the wall and expect a return.  The good news is that when you boost or advertise on Facebook it is not expensive and you can target your audience.  

NAR stats say that 60% to 80% of your business will come from people you know and/or people who chose you.  

If you have not put your contacts into your lab, and you need help, Alex and Cain will personally help you or they will do it for you.

  • And then start posting every day with informative, entertaining, and calls to action. Join our monthly social media class to learn more.  Do live videos of a new home or an open house.

YOUR DATABASE – LISTS - A MUST DO!

If you have not imported your database into your lab and would like some assistance, please call Cain and Alex at 702-990-0480. 
 
You can import sellers, buyers, investors, agents, past clients and name them as such for target marketing.
This feature is useful for lead generation strategies using Facebook.

You can TARGET your audience when advertising when you use your landing pages for lead generation and/or staying “Top Of Mind” with your past clients.

EXAMPLE:  Target Home Owners by posting your Relocation Guide landing page from your website to your Facebook business page.

You can boost it for $5 a day and target a California audience and experiment with "Interests".  

You can also use the picture on your "what-is-my-home-worth" landing page for a Facebook Advertisement.

Advertising gives you more options for targeting then boosting but boosting is a great place to start.
