Strategy #4 - Content Strategy - Have A Plan   
                  

1.     WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO REACH?

And Why?  Brand Awareness, Website clicks, Lead Gen, Sell A Produce, Build Your Email List..

It Is important to think about the Why.

It is important to think about Who you are trying to market.

Don’t be all things to all people.  What "type" of people do you like to work with the most? 

1st Time Home Buyers?  Seniors?  Families?  Buyers Who Are Relocating?  Sellers?

Think about your key demographic and your key customer and that’s the most important place to start.


2.     PUT A SYSTEM TOGETHER.

Have a calendar and a content grid


Think about what you are going to write about.

At a minimum...THE 3 DAY RULE –

Today Tomorrow and The Next Day.

The optimum is 30, 60, and 90 days.

Once you get into a rhythm start to think about how you are going to connect over the long haul.  For example: If you want to get listings in Summerlin or Greenvalley, start thinking about the on going news, new retail stores, restaurants, sports, etc.  

 

3.     BE INTENTIONAL.

Think about how you want to come across in social media. 
Your tone, how you say things, are almost as important as what you say.


Millennium's communicate more directly with less words.
People who are relocating need more attention and information.
Sellers are usually in a hurry to sell and expect action.


The world has gone social – be part of the conversation.
