It is important to understand our New Marketplace.
Chris Anderson, editor-in-chief of Wired said:
"We are turning from a mass market back into a niche nation, defined now not by our geography but by our interests."
Think about this - Most good fishermen know where the fish congregate.
These smart fishermen look for places where there are fewer fish, but less
competition.
Do you have a niche?  Are you looking for new clients?
Maybe you should consider a niche where there are less Realtors competing for the same buyer/seller.
The social consumer is a person who:

has interests like investing,
works and makes a good income,
likes golfing,
lives in a zip code,
lives in California where state taxes just were increased,
is a renter and wants to buy a home,
is a senior and wants to downsize,
just got married,
likes to swim, 

and the list goes on. And Facebook has all of demographics for you to zero in.
Facebook has given us a world of opportunity to have a niche or 2 or 3 or more.
You can create a special list of people who live in California, make over $150,000 per year, and are married.
Create an ad on Facebook that offers your special list of people your Relocation Guide.  

Use a picture of the Relo Guide in your ad and put a link in the ad that goes to your "downloads" landing page on your website.
The link would look like this:
http://agentformulalasvegas.com/downloads.
Substitute agentformulalasvegas.com with your website address.
Also, send the pixel code that Facebook gives you to cain@agentformula.com.
Cain will insert the pixel code into your website so Facebook can report to you how many folks visited your website
as a result of the ad.  Run the ad for $5 per day for 5 days and check the Facebook Insights to see how it is working.
Make adjustments if you are not reaching your audience.  Run your ad every other 5 days.
You will need a schedule for sharing content, quotes, videos, and funny commericals so your Facebook Business page is interesting and entertaining.
